2We ordered the metal molds for development components in 2005. As the design and products were excellent in quality, cost, and delivery date, we contracted partnership agreement in 2006. Since then MATSUMURA has supported us throughout the whole product development phase, from planning conception design to metal molds manufacturing. In corporation with MATSUMURA and MATSUMURA (DALIAN), we could supply metal molds to our Chinese factory. This enabled us to build the production system in China.

Company A

When we had a plan to open an engine factory overseas, we consulted with MATSUMURA. They supported to establish the supply system step by step:
1 provide metal molds made at the MATSUMURA's Japanese factory to our Japanese factory
2 provide metal molds made at the MATSUMURA's Japanese factory to our overseas factory
3 correct the metal molds and supply parts at MATSUMURA's overseas factory
4 provide metal molds made at MATSUMURA's overseas factory to our overseas factory
Thanks to them, we could implement the local procurement system without anxiety.

Company B

We find elaboration in MATSUMURA's production technology. Seeing their work piece, a machining tool, and off line set up of a machining path, it is easy to understand that they have been continued to improve their service. There are also some great efforts in the production management system. We are impressed that they make manufacturing plans by every parts despite that each mold has different specifications. The delivery time is also reliable.

Company C

There are very few defective products after the delivery. This rate is the lowest among mold makers of our business partner. We are pleased with the quality of their products.

Company D

Usually metal mold factories are soiled with oil and chips but they are well-trained to keep them clean and 5S; sort, straightening, shining, standardizing, and sustain. They showed the clean and tidy factory is essential for on-time delivery and high quality products.

Company E

When we received an order of a low pressure die casting machine and metal molds from an overseas casting maker, we consulted with MATSUMURA. They provided high quality metal molds in a short time. They also introduced a Low pressure die casting machine for in-house trial to achieve the world's first engine part production with us.
